Payment Methods Accepted

Current payment methods supported include:

• PayPal which includes PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Amex
• Credit or Debit Card via Stripe which includes Visa, Amex, and Mastercard

Standard Shipping

Shipping & handling charges will depend on the size, weight and number of items comprising the shipment, and will be displayed on the Checkout page before you are asked for your payment information. There is a base handling cost, and a base shipping cost for Continental USA and for Canada plus a per product add-on depending on what you choose. You are not committed to providing payment information until after you have seen all charges that will occur for products, shipping, and handling.

For our Standard Shipping, we generally use USPS, Canada Post, or UPS. There is basic tracking.

Customers who require shipment via a particular carrier or other custom shipping arrangements need to contact us prior to placing your order.

Expedited shipping is possible but you need to contact us prior to placing your order to arrange.

When available, international shipments outside of USA and Canada will generally take more time to arrive and do not always have tracking.

We mark packages as containing "board games" or "plastic game pieces" and state the actual cost of the items on the customs documentation. Even if the order is designated by you as a gift, the package still cannot be marked as a gift for shipping purposes because we are a retailer. The full cost of the games will be stated on the customs paperwork.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country (this includes Canada, USA, and any other country). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
